Meet the team
In addition to the Office Team below we have a long standing team of wonderful care support workers who between them have a wealth of experience in working with and supporting older people.
We chose our staff very carefully to ensure that we have a reliable, caring and trustworthy team. All staff are fully trained and receive regular support and supervision.
We don't use any agency staff here at Ripon & District Homecare, ALL our staff are local people from our community.
Paula & Ruth
Ruth and Paula are the business partners who set up Ripon & District Homecare in October 2003. Both partners hold a diploma in social work and have spent their whole careers in both residential and community care settings.
Angela
Angela has worked for Ripon & District Homecare since 2013, initially as a care support worker. She was promoted to an Assistant Manager Post in 2016 and in 2021 became our Operations Manager. She now holds a Diploma in Care Management and is responsible for the day to day operation of Ripon & District Homecare.
Pam
Pam joined our team in 2016. She was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2023 and works alongside Angela supporting with undertaking new care assessments, quality assurance and C.Q.C. compliance.
Rachel
As well as being an experienced and highly valued care support worker, Rachel has joined the office team to assist with admin support.
